We have an opening for a Customer Service/Dispatcher and will be accepting applications May 22 through May 29 at the NC Division of Employment Security.
A CSR-Dispatcher is required to provide accurate, efficient and courteous service in the handling of internal and external customer requests and inquiries and in the collection of payment on customer accounts; to coordinate the work duties of the outside personnel in response to system outages and requests for maintenance; to operate the customer information system, AMI system, SCADA system, work order system, vehicle locating system and perform radio dispatching.
