Paying your CCEC electric bill just got easier with our new PowerPay24 app, available for your smartphone or tablet (Apple or Android) from the iTunes app store or Google Play.

If you already have your account set up on PowerPay24, all you have to do is log in. If you don’t have a PowerPay24 account already, we suggest you sign up through the regular PowerPay24 web portal (You will need your CCEC account number and your bank or credit card information).

NOTE: If you want to see details of your bill, history and usage, the regular PowerPay24 site is still available. 

 

Payment Checkout

 

You can make a secure payment from your mobile device with just one tap on your smart phone or tablet. When you tap “Make a Payment,” the app will pay any past due amounts, using your default payment method.

If you have multiple accounts, the PowerPay24 app will total all account balances for payment.

If you have no past due payments to make, the app will pay the current amount(s).

You control how you want to pay. The app will display the payment methods you entered previously on the regular PowerPay24 web portal.

If you prefer, you can manually change your payment method by tapping the “View/Change Payment” bar.

Tap the “View/Change Payment” bar if you want to change the amount of the payment(s) on your account(s).

 

Accounts Tab

 

When you tap the “Accounts” tab at the bottom of the screen, you will see your detailed charges. If you are a water customer in Pine Knoll Shores or Harkers Island Sanitary District, the “Energy” charge includes both electricity and water usage for the billing period.

Payment Confirmatoin

 

When you are finished, you will get confirmation that your payment has posted.

 

 

Want to access more details, such as usage data and billing history? Click on the “settings” icon and then the “desktop site” button.
