Do We Owe You Money?
If you move from our service area, money you have on deposit with CCEC will be applied to any unpaid balance. We will refund any remaining balance to you by check at your forwarding address.
In addition, you may still receive Capital Credits when they are retired each year, even if your account has been closed. The Capital Credits accumulated in your account remain in your name.
For these reasons, it is very important for you to give us a forwarding address whenever you move.
