CCEC Member John Brodman, of Pine Knoll Shores, has written a comprehensive perspective, in two parts, on the feasibility of offshore wind power development.
Broadman is an economist by training, and an expert on U.S. and international energy markets and energy policy issues. Prior to his retirement in January 2006, he was the Deputy Assistant Secretary for International Energy Policy in the Office of Policy and International Affairs at the U.S. Department of Energy, where he provided executive management and direction to the department’s international energy activities for 25 years.
